This page allows you to view the details of the work units that were employed to resolve the discrepancy.

The “View Work Unit History” page appears.

The system displays the following fields:

Date & Time Format

The format in which the date fields appears in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following fields in the “Discrepancy Details” group box:

Document #

The discrepancy or maintenance report for which the work unit history is displayed.

Document Type

The type of document, which can be “Discrepancy” or “Maintenance report”.

Description

The textual description of the document.

Zoom facility available.

ATA #

The ATA chapter on which maintenance report or discrepancy has been reported.

Record Status

The status of the discrepancy or maintenance report, which can be “Fresh”, “Pending” or “Pending deferral”.

Processing Status

The processing status of the discrepancy, which can be “None”, “Under Analysis” or “Analyzed”. 

Tracking Status

The user-defined tracking status defined for the discrepancy.

Applicability

Indicates whether the discrepancy is applicable for “Aircraft”, “Engine” or “Component”.

The system displays the following field in the “Maint. Object Details” group box:

Aircraft Reg #

The registration number of the aircraft against which discrepancies have been reported.

Aircraft Model #

The model number of the aircraft against which discrepancies have been reported.

Component #

The component for which discrepancies have been reported.

Part Serial #

The part serial number for which discrepancies have been reported.

Part #

The part number for which discrepancies have been reported.

Part Description

The textual description of the part.

Zoom facility available.

The system displays the following field in the “Resolution Details” group box:

Ref. Document #

The number identifying the reference document for the resolution procedure.

Ref. Document Type

The type of the reference document.

Performed Date

The date on which the work unit was executed.

Station

The station where the work unit was executed.

Inspected By

The name of the user who has inspected the execution.

Resolved By

The name of the user who has resolved the discrepancy.

Line #

Use the drop-down list box to select the line number in the resolution history for which you wish to view the work unit details.

The system displays the work unit history details for the selected line number in the resolution history.

The system displays the following fields in the “Job Details” multiline:

Work Unit Type

The type of work unit executed on the component to resolve the discrepancy.

Work Unit #

The number identifying the work unit executed on the component to resolve the discrepancy.

Work Unit Desc

The textual description of the work unit.

ATA #

The ATA chapter on which the work unit was executed.

Execution Comments

Any comments regarding the work unit execution.
