This page allows you to view the quotation for materials. Tell me more.
Select the “View Material Quotation” link at the bottom of the “Select Customer Order” page or “View Quotation” page.
The “View Material Quotation” page appears.
The system displays the following:

Date Format |
The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the “User Preferences” business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Customer Order Details” group box:

Customer Order # |
The number identifying the customer order |
|
Amendment # |
The number identifying the amendment of the customer order |
|
Order Description |
The textual description of the customer order |
|
Order Currency |
The currency in which the customer order transactions are defined. |
|
Quotation Status |
The status of the quotation, which could be “Pending Quote”, “Quoted” or “Partially Quoted”. |

Customer # |
The number identifying the customer |
|
User Status |
The user status of the customer order. |
|
Last Quote Basis |
Indicates the basis for quotation, which could be “Standard”, “Planned” or “Actuals”. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Part Requirement Details” multiline.

Part # |
The unique number identifying the part for which the quotation is prepared. |

Part Description |
The textual description of the part. |
|
Qty |
The quantity of the part. |
|
Consumed Qty |
The total quantity of parts consumed for executing the task or work order. |

UOM |
The unit of measurement of the part. |
|
Quote Indicator |
Indicates the difference between the quoted quantity at different stages of a Customer Order, based on Quote Basis. The system displays the option “Additional Quantity” or “Additional Part”. |

Std. Cost |
The standard cost of the part. |
|
Unit Price – Order Currency |
The unit price of the part in terms of customer order currency. |
|
Part Price List # |
The unique number identifying the part price list. |
Click the hyperlinked Part Price List # to view the part price list details.

Est. Total Price |
The price estimated for material usage. |
|
Embodiment Fee |
The fee charged by the service provider for holding parts supplied by the customer. |
|
Margin % |
The margin amount defined for material usage. |
|
Parts Supplied By |
Indicates the source that supplies the parts. |
|
Stock Status |
The stock status of the customer part for which maintenance must be carried out. |

Remarks |
Any comments pertaining to the quotation. |

The login ID of the user who prepared the quotation. |

Quoted Date |
The date on which the quotation was prepared. |

The login ID of the user who last modified the quotation. |

The date on which the quotation was last modified. |
Viewing Material Quotation – An overview
This page allows you to view the quotation for materials. You can view the part details such as part number, part description, unit price, part price list number, estimated total price for the parts, embodiment fee and margin amount defined for the parts.
