Reviewing work execution details
You can review work execution details in this page.
Select the “Review Work Execution” link in the “Select Customer Order” page.
The “Review Work Execution” page appears.
The system displays the following field:
Date Format |
The format in which the date field is displayed. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Customer Order Details” group box:
Customer Order # |
The number identifying the customer order for which estimation must be done |
Amendment # |
The number identifying the amendment of the customer order |
Order Description |
The textual description of the customer order Zoom facility available |
Execution Status |
The execution status of the customer order, which could be “Allocated”, “Released”, “Completed”, “In progress” or “Closed” |
Customer # |
The customer code for which the customer order was created |
Customer Name |
The name of the customer |
Order Date |
The date on which the customer order was created |
Order Applicability |
The maintenance object to which the customer order is applicable, which could be “Aircraft”, “Component” or “Engine”. |
Aircraft Reg. # |
The registration number of the aircraft for which the customer order is applicable |
Order Category |
The category to which the customer order belongs. |
Part # |
The part number against which the customer order was created |
Serial # |
The serial number of the component |
The system displays the following fields in the “Execution Details” multiline:
Exec Document Type |
The type of the execution document, which could be either “Visit Package”, “Work Scope” “Repair Order”, Hangar work order or Component work order. |
Exec Document # |
The number identifying the execution document |
Description |
The textual description of the execution document |
Execution Location |
The location in which the maintenance work execution is carried out |
Execution Status |
The execution status of the customer order, which could be “Allocated”, “Released”, “Completed”, “In progress” or “Closed” |
Part # |
The part number to which the component belongs |
Part Serial # |
The part serial number |
Total Work Order Count |
The number of work orders created against the execution document |
Total Non-routine Man Hrs. |
The total man hours spent on non-routine maintenance activities. |
Total Planned Work Units |
The number of planned work units. |
Total Unplanned Work Units |
The number of unplanned work units. |
Shop Job Type |
The shop job type, which could be “Make” or “Piece”. |
Planned Start Date |
The date on which the work is planned to commence. This could be one of the following:

Planned End Date |
The date on which the work is planned to end. This could be one of the following:

Actual Start Date |
The date on which the work is actually started. This could be one of the following:

Actual End Date |
The date on which the maintenance work is completed. For ‘visit package’ and ‘work scope’ execution documents this field is displayed only when the customer order status is “Closed”. For a ‘repair order’ this is the date on which the component is moved to the inventory. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the execution document for viewing.
The system displays the following in the “CO Portal Details” group box:
Promised Delivery Date |
The promised date on which the serviced maintenance object will be delivered to the customer. |
Expected Delivery Date |
The date on which the serviced maintenance object is expected to be delivered to the customer. |
% Completion |
The percentage of completion of the maintenance work. |
Portal Comments |
Any additional remarks pertaining to the portal details of the customer order. Zoom facility available. |

Select the “Review Visit Package” link at the bottom of the page to review visit package information.
Select the “View Work Scope” link at the bottom of the page to view the work scope information.
Select the “View Repair Order” link at the bottom of the page to view the repair order details.
Select the “View Component Work Order” link at the bottom of the page to view the component work order details.
