Entering customer order value details

Using this tab you can enter the customer order value details.

Select the “Customer Order Value Details” tab to enter the customer order value details.
Modify the following fields:

Labor Rate / Hr	The hourly rate for executing the work unit (Decimal). Ensure that a value is specified in this field, if the “Quotation status” is “Order Level”.
Facility Rate / Hr	The hourly rate of the facility (Decimal). Mandatory.

Note: The system considers the Std. Labor Rate / Hr and Std. Facility Rate / Hr defined in the “Customer Order” business component as the Labor Rate / Hr and the Facility Rate / Hr, if the “Resource Pricing Method” is set as “As Entered” and the “Quotation Level” is set as “Order Level” in the “Customer Order” business component.

Note: For those work units with “Billable?” and “Quotation Required?” set as “Yes”, if the “Resource Pricing Method” is set as “Workunit wise flat” and the “Quotation Level” is set as “Task Level” or “Order-Line Level” in the “Customer Order” business component, the system calculates the Labor Rate / Hr and the Facility Rate / Hr based on the following for formula:

Labor Rate / Hr= Total Labor Price / Total Labor Hours

Facility Rate / Hr = Total Facility Price / Total Facility Hours

where

Total Labor Price = Labor Rate * Hours.

Total Facility Price = Facility Rate * Hours.

Total Quoted Hrs - Routine	The total hours quoted for completing the routine work unit (Decimal). The total quoted hours entered here must be the sum of the labor hours reported across all the work units This field must not be left blank, if the “Quotation status” is “Order Level”. Ensure that a positive value is entered in this field.
Total Quoted Hrs - Non routine	The total hours quoted for completing the non-routine work unit (Decimal). The total quoted hours entered here must be the sum of all the estimated man-hours reported for all the non-routine work units for which “Billable?” field is set as “Yes”. Ensure that a positive value is specified in this field
Total Material Price	The total material price (Decimal). Mandatory. Ensure that a positive value is specified in this field.
Total Resource Price	The total resource price (Decimal). Mandatory. Ensure that a positive value is specified in this field.

Note: If the “Quotation Level” of the customer order is “Order Level”, the system calculates the total resource price as the sum of the Total Facility Price, Total Routine Price and Total Non-Routine Price, where

Total Facility Price = Facility Rate / Hr * Total Quoted Facility Hours
Total Routine price = Labor Rate / Hr * Total Quoted Routine Hours
Total Non-Routine price = Labor Rate / Hr * Total Quoted Non-Routine Hours.

Note: If the “Quotation Level” of the customer order is “Order-line Level” or “Task Level”, the system calculates the total resource price as the sum of the estimated resource price for all the work units across for which “Billable?” is set as “Yes”.

Note: The system performs the resource price calculation only if the “Billable?” is set as “Yes” and Quotation Required” is set as “Yes” in the “Customer Order” business component.

Total Misc Cost

The total miscellaneous cost that will be incurred by the work unit execution (Decimal). The total miscellaneous cost must be the sum of all the miscellaneous cost defined across all the work units for which “Billable?” field is set as “Yes”.

Ensure that a positive value is specified in this field.

Total Facility Hours

The total hours for which the facility is utilized (Decimal). Mandatory. The total facility hours must be the sum of the facility hours reported across all the work units for which “Billable?” field is set as “Yes”.

Ensure that a positive value is specified in this field

The system displays the following:

Total Actual Labour Hours	The total labour hours utilized for executing the work unit.
Total Actual Facility Hours	The actual total hours spent for utilizing the facility.

Enter the following:

Total Order Value

The total value of the customer order (Decimal). Mandatory. This value is calculated as the sum of Total Material Price, Total Resource Price and Total Miscellaneous Cost for each work unit for which Billable? is set as “Yes”, if the “Quotation Level” is “Order Level”.

Ensure that a positive value is specified in this field.
