Viewing consolidated resource requirement details for a customer order

In this page you can view the consolidated resource requirements for a customer order. The system displays the resource number, resource type, resource description, estimated quantity, billable time, non-billable time, hourly rate and total resource price.

Select the “View Consolidated Resource Requirements” link at the bottom of the “View Customer Record” page.

The “View Consolidated Resource Requirements” page appears.

The system displays the following fields in the “Customer Order Details” group box:

Customer Order #	The customer order for which the consolidated resource requirements are displayed
Amendment #	The amendment number of the customer order
Order Description	The textual description of the customer order. Zoom facility available.
Currency	The currency in which the customer order transactions are defined
Total Resource Price	Total Resource Price is identified by the following formula: Billable Hours * Resource Rate / Hr.

The system displays the following fields in the “Resource Details” multiline:

Resource #	The code of the resource required for customer order execution
Resource Type	The type of the resource
Resource Description	The textual description of the resource
Est. Nos.	The quantity of resources estimated for the customer order
Billable Hours	The time of resource utilization that is billable
Non-billable Hours	The time of resource utilization that is non-billable
Resource Rate/Hr.	The hourly rate of the resource
Total Price	The total price attached to the resource
