For each row in the multiline, the system updates the “Quotation Required?” and “Billable?” maintained against each “CO Line #” and “Work unit #”. If “Billable?” field is set as “No”, the system updates the “Estimated Total” against the work unit as zero.
For each work unit if the “Quotation Required?” field is set as “No”, then the system updates the Quotation Status as "Not Required" for that work unit.
If a work unit has “Quotation Required?” set as “Yes” and “Billable?” set as “No”, then the system updates the Quotation status as "Not Required" for that work unit.
For each work-unit if “Billable?” is set as 'Yes' then based on “Quotation Required?” the system updates the quotation status for each workunit based on the following logic:
For those “Work Unit #” which have “Quotation Required?” set as “Yes”, the system updates the quotation status as "Pending Material” and “Labour Estimates" only if the “Customer Order #” has its 'Invoice Applicable?' value set as "Yes", and the work unit added has both part requirements and resource requirements defined in its respective masters like ‘Aircraft Work Package’, ‘Task Master’ etc.
For those “Work Unit #” which have “Quotation Required” set as “Yes”, and there are no part requirements identified for that work unit in respective “Master” business component, then the system updates the quotation status as "Pending Labour Estimates" if the “Customer Order #” has its 'Invoice Applicable?' value set as "Yes".
For those “Work Unit #” which have “Quotation Required?” set as “Yes”, the system updates the quotation status as "Pending Material Estimates”, only if “Customer Order #” has its 'Invoice Applicable?' value set as "Yes", and the work unit added has part requirements available and resource requirements is not defined.
For a work unit if 'Billable?' is set as "No", then the system updates and saves the value in “Quotation Required?” as "No", and Quotation status as "Not Required".
If all work units is added from the execution document and the “Quotation Required?” is set as “No” or “Billable” as “No” then the system updates the authorization status of the work unit and corresponding execution document as Authorized.
For any work unit, if the Quotation status is "Quoted" and if “Quotation Required?” or “Billable?” field is changed from “Yes” to “No” then the system updates the Customer order quotation status as “Pending Quotation”. For any work unit, if the Quotation status is set as "Not Required" and if “Quotation Required?” or “Billable?” field is changed from “No” to “Yes” then the system updates the customer order Quotation status as "Pending Quotation".
The system updates the sum of the “Estimated Total” for all work units, which Billable marked as “yes”, as “Basic Value Original/Addln” in “Amend Customer Order” page.
