In this page you can view the serial number and lot number details of the customer goods, which are lot number or serial number controlled. You can specify the goods receipt line number and retrieve the details of the part such as the part number, customer part number, part description, total received quantity of the customer goods and the control type of the part.

You can view the serial number and the lot number of the received part along with the received quantity of the particular lot numbered or serial numbered part. The certificate-related details of the goods received, such as certificate type, certificate date, certificate identification number and expiry date are also available in this page.

The “View Serial / Lot Details” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the “User Preferences” business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following in the “Customer Goods Receipt Details” group box:

CGR #

The unique code identifying the customer goods receipt.

Status

The status of the customer goods receipt.

Receipt Date

The date of the customer goods receipt.

Line #

Use the drop-down list box to select the line number for which the serial and lot details and storage details must be specified. The system lists all the line numbers, which contain part numbers that are either lot number controlled or serial number-controlled.

The system displays the following in the “Customer Goods Receipt Details” group box, based on the line item selected:

Total Received Quantity

The total quantity of the part received from the customer

Part #

The code identifying the part.

Customer Part #

The code identifying the customer part

Part Description

The description of the part.

Zoom facility available

Part Control Type

The part control type, which could be “Serial Number Controlled”, “Lot Number controlled”,  “Both” or “None”.

The system displays the following in the  “Serial #/ Lot # Details” multiline:

Line #

The sequential number generated automatically by the system for every line containing the part numbers which are serial number or lot number controlled.

Manufacturer Serial #

The unique code identifying the manufacturer serial number of the part

Component #

The unique code identifying the component

Manufacturer Lot #

The unique code identifying the manufacturer lot number of the part

Part Condition

The condition of the part which could be "Serviceable" or "Over Hauled" or  "New" or "Unserviceable".

Received Qty

The quantity of the similar lot number or serial number part received from the customer

Stock Status

The user defined status of the stock.

Remarks

Any further information pertaining to the customer goods receipt

Certificate Type

The certificate type of the goods received, for executing customer order-based work orders.

Certificate #

The identification number of the certificate.

Certificate Date

The date on which the certificate was issued.

Authorization Date

The date on which the certificate is authorized.

Expiry Date

The expiry date of the goods received.

Serial #

The system generated internal serial number of the part

Lot #

The system generated internal  lot number of the part
