Viewing customer task master list details

This page allows you to view details of the tasks associated to the maintenance objects of the customer. The system displays details such as customer task card number, description, applicability and maintenance object information. In addition to this the work unit type and the internal work unit number are also displayed. Any remarks pertaining to the work unit and file name of the customer task card are displayed by the system.

Select the “View Customer Task Master List” link at the bottom of the “View Customer Record” page.

The “View Customer Task Master List” page appears.

The system displays the following fields in the “Customer Details” group box:

Customer #	The code identifying the customer for whom the task master details are displayed.
Customer Name	The name of the customer

The system displays the following fields in the “Task Details” multiline:

Customer Task Card #	The number identifying the customer task card that represents the work unit
Description	The textual description of the customer task card
Applicability	The task applicability, which could be “Aircraft”, “Component” or “Engine”.
Maintenance Object #	The maintenance object for which the task is applicable, which could be one of the following: The part number for “Component” or “Engine” applicability The model number for “Aircraft” applicability.
Internal Work Unit #	The number given to the work unit internally by the service provider
Description	The textual description of the internal work unit
Remarks	Any remark pertaining to the work unit association to the customer
Customer Task Card File Name	The name of the file that contains the customer task card details
