Viewing customer part master details

This page allows you to view details of the parts supplied by the supplier for maintenance service execution. The system displays the part number, customer part number, whether the part is a customer or internal part and the replenishment policy.

Select the “View Customer Part Master List” link at the bottom of the “View Customer Record” page.

The “View Customer Part Master List” page appears.

The system displays the following fields in the “Customer Details” group box:

Customer #	The code identifying the customer for whom the part master details are displayed
Customer Name	The name of the customer
Restriction Type	Indicates whether the parts are supplied by the customer or not. The system displays the options “Exclude” or “Include”.

The system displays the following fields in the “Spare Part Details” multiline:

Part #	The number identifying the part
Part Description	The textual description of the part
Customer Part #	The customer part number
Replenishment Policy	Indicates the method by which the part would be replenished which could be “Order Based” or “Periodically”.
