Viewing customer modification information

This page displays the modified details of the name and address of a customer. The name, address and the date range for which the name and address was applicable to the customer are displayed.

Select the “View Customer Modification Information” link at the bottom of the “View Customer Record” page.

The “View Customer Modification Information” page appears.

Date Format

The format in which the date fields appears in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user id. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following fields in the “Customer Details” group box:

Customer #	The code identifying the customer for which the modification details are displayed
Created At	The organizational unit in which the customer was created
Customer Name	The name of the customer

The system displays the following fields in the “Modification Details” multiline:

Name	The name of the customer that was modified
Address	The address of the customer that was modified
From Date	The date from which the name and address was applicable to the customer
To Date	The date till which the name and address was applicable to the customer
