Viewing contact person information for a customer

In this page you can select the address ID of the sales point and view the contact person details. The system displays contact person information for a customer such as name, designation, department, address details, contact phone number, e-mail, fax number, visiting hours, birth date and marriage date.
Select the “View Contact Person Details” link at the bottom of the “View Sales Point Information” page.
The “View Contact Person Information” page appears.

Date Format |
The format in which the date fields appears in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user id. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Customer Details” group box:

Customer # |
The code identifying the customer for which the contact person information is displayed |

Customer Name |
The name of the customer |
Enter the following field:

Address ID |
Use the drop-down list box to select the address ID for which the contact person information must be displayed. The system lists all the address IDs associated with the customer in the “Create Customer” page. |
Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to retrieve the contact person information that is already defined for the address ID.

The first line of the address of the contact person |
