Viewing customer aircraft details
This page allows you to view the aircraft for which the maintenance service must be provided. The system displays the aircraft details such as aircraft registration number, manufacturer serial number, variable tab number, nose number, aircraft model, aircraft type, registration certificate, configuration class, planner code, planner base, default work center, lead parameter, average value of the lead parameter and the engagement type.
Select the “View Customer Aircraft Details” link at the bottom of the “View Customer Record” page.
The “View Customer Aircraft Information” page appears.
Date Format |
The format in which the date fields appears in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user id. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Customer Details” group box:
Customer # |
The code identifying the customer for which the aircraft details are displayed |
Customer Name |
The name of the customer |
The system displays the following fields in the “Aircraft Details” multiline:
Aircraft Reg. # |
The registration number of the aircraft |
Manufacturer Serial # |
The manufacturer serial number of the aircraft |
Variable Tab # |
The variable tab number of the aircraft |
Nose # |
The nose number of the aircraft |
Model |
The model to which the aircraft belongs |
Aircraft Type |
The type of the aircraft |
Reg. Cert # |
The number identifying the registration certificate of the aircraft |
Configuration Class |
The configuration class to which the aircraft configuration belongs |
Planner Code |
The identifier of the planner who plans maintenance activities on the aircraft |
Planning Base |
The planning base of the aircraft in which the maintenance planning is done |
Default Work Center # |
The default work center where the maintenance activities on the aircraft will be carried out |
Lead Parameter |
The consumption parameter that is identified as lead parameter for the aircraft |
Average Value |
The average value of the lead parameter, based on which the forecast factor of the parameter is calculated |
Engagement Type |
The type of engagement provided to the customer regarding aircraft maintenance. The system displays one of the following options:
