Associating part price list to a customer

In this page you can associate part price lists with a customer. Tell me more

Select the “Associate Part Price List” link at the bottom of the “Edit Sales Point Information” page.

The “Edit Part Price List Information” page appears.

Date Format

The format in which the date fields appears in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user id. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following fields in the “Customer Details” group box:

Customer #

The code identifying the customer for which the part price list details must be entered.

The operational status of the customer must be “Active”.

Customer Name

The name of the customer

Enter the following fields in the “Price List Details” multiline:

Seq. #

The sequence in which the price list will be picked and associated with the customer during sales transactions (Integer). This value must be positive.

Note: If you leave the sequence number blank, the system automatically assigns a sequence number to each of them, in the order in which they are entered in the multiline, when you click the “Edit Price List Details” pushbutton.

Part Price List #

The code identifying the part price list that must be associated with the customer (Alphanumeric, 10). Mandatory. Ensure that the part price list code is already defined in the “Part Price List” business component and is in the “Active” status.

Help facility available

The system displays the following fields:

Revision #	The latest revision number of the part price list
Description	The textual description of the part price list
Currency	The currency in which the part price list is defined

Enter the following fields:

Effective From	The date from which the part price list becomes effective (Date Format)
Effective To	The date till which the part price list becomes effective (Date Format). This date must be later than the ”Effective From“ date.

Click the “Edit Part Price List Details” pushbutton to update the part price list details for the customer.

Associating part price list with a customer – An overview

In this page you can associate part price lists with a customer. The prices for various parts (of any part type) can be listed together in the form of a single price list. This price list is already defined in the “Part Price List” business component. You can enter the part price list number, the sequence in which the part price list is associated with the customer and the effectivity dates.
