Viewing part details for model configuration

This page allows you to view the part details for the model configuration. Tell me more

Select the “View Parts List” link at the bottom of the “Select Model” page.

The “View Parts List” page appears.

The system displays the following fields in the “Model Details” group box:

Aircraft Model #	The aircraft model number for which the part details are displayed.
Configuration Class	The configuration class to which the aircraft model is associated.
Revision #	The revision number for the model configuration.

Enter the following fields in the “Display Filter” group box:

Part #	The part number for which the details are to be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves the part numbers, which are similar to the values entered here.
ATA #	The ATA chapter associated to the part (Alphanumeric, 16). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the part numbers that are associated to the ATA chapter entered here.
Show Distinct	Check this box to retrieve each part once in the multiline, irrespective of multiple occurrences of the part.

Note: If all the fields are left blank, the system retrieves all the part numbers in the model configuration, in the multiline.

Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to retrieve the part details.

The system displays the following fields in the “Parts List” multiline:

Part #	The number identifying the part.
Part Description	The textual description of the part.
Part Type	The type of the part.
Assembly?	Indicates whether configuration details exist for the part. The system displays either “Yes” or “No”.
NHA	The next higher assembly or the parent part.

Note: If the model configuration is in “Fresh” status and if the “Show Distinct” box is checked, the system displays the parent part of the part number that appears first in the configuration.

Quantity / Assembly	The total quantity specified for the part in the assembly.
Number Installed	The total quantity specified for the part in the aircraft.
EIPN	The end item part number (EIPN) or the super parent of the part. The system displays the model number in this field.

Viewing part details for model configuration - An overview

This page allows you to view the part details for the model configuration. You can carry out a search based on the part number or the ATA chapter number. The details of the selected part, such as the part number, its description, type, whether configuration details exist or not for the part and the parent part number can be viewed. Also, the quantity of parts included in the part and model configuration and the end item part number can be viewed.

This page also provides you the option of viewing the part details once irrespective of the multiple occurrences of the part in the model configuration.
