Viewing spare part details for component configuration

The details of the spare parts identified for the component configuration can be viewed in this page. You can view the spare part number, spare part description, quantity,, lot number and serial number, whether the spare part needs to be tracked or not and the user-defined prefix for the spare part position.

Select the “View Spare Part List for Components” link at the bottom of the “View Component Configuration” page.

The “View Spare Part List for Components” page appears.

The system displays the following details in the “Component Details” group box:

Component #	The component ID for which the spare part details are displayed.
Part #	The part to which the component belongs.
Serial #	The serial number of the component.
Part Description	The textual description of the part. Zoom facility available.

The system displays the following details in the “Spare Part Details” multiline:

Spare Part #	The spare part that is identified for the component configuration.
Part Description	The textual description of the spare part.
Quantity	The number of spare parts identified for the component configuration.
UOM	The unit of measurement for the spare part.
Trackable	The system displays “Yes” or “No” to indicate whether the spare part needs to be tracked or not.
Prefix For Position #	The prefix given for the position where the spare part is fitted.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to mark the spare part for viewing its position details.

To proceed, carry out the following

Select the “View Spare Part Position Details” link at the bottom of the page to view the position details for the spare part selected in the multiline.
