Selecting configuration class for viewing details

This option allows you to select a configuration class to view its details. The system lists all the configuration classes that are created in the organizational unit you have logged into. The details of the configuration class such as configuration class code, its description, status and the model effectivity are displayed.

Select the” View Configuration Class” link under the “Configuration” business component.

The “Select Configuration Class” page appears.

Enter the following field in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Org. Unit Name

Use the drop-down list box to select the organizational unit to which the configuration class to be viewed, belongs. By default, the system sets this field to the organizational unit you have logged in. The system lists all the configuration classes that are created in the organizational unit specified in this field.

Note: If you leave this field blank, the system displays all the configuration classes in the multiline.

Click the “Search” pushbutton to display the search results.

The system fills in the following fields in the multiline, based on the filter criteria entered:

Configuration Class	The code identifying the configuration class.
Description	The textual description of the configuration class.
Status	The status of the configuration class which could be “Active” or “Inactive”.
Model Effectivity	The model effectivity of the configuration class. The system displays one of the following:
	All – indicates that the configuration class is associated to all the aircraft models created in the “Aircraft“ business component.
	Restricted – indicates that the configuration class is associated to one or more aircraft models created in the “Aircraft” business component.

Click the hyperlinked configuration class number in the multiline, to view the configuration class details.
