Viewing spare part details for aircraft configuration
In this page you can view the spare parts identified for the aircraft configuration. Details such as the spare part number, its description, number of spare parts identified for the aircraft configuration, whether the spare part details need to be tracked or not and the prefix for the trackable spare part can be viewed.
Select the “View Spare Part List for Aircraft” link at the bottom of the “View Aircraft Configuration” page.
The “View Spare Part List for Aircraft” page appears.
The system displays the following fields in the “Aircraft Details” group box:
Aircraft Reg # |
The aircraft registration number for which the spare part details are displayed. |
Aircraft Model # |
The model associated to the aircraft. |
Configuration Class |
The configuration class associated to the aircraft. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Spare Part Details” multiline:
Spare Part # |
The spare part number associated to the aircraft configuration. |
Part Description |
The textual description of the spare part. |
Quantity |
The required quantity of spare parts. |
UOM |
The unit of measurement for the spare part. |
Zone # |
The number identifying the zone to which the spare part is attached. |
Trackable |
Indicates whether the spare part details are to be tracked or not. The system displays either “Yes” or “No”. |
Prefix For Position # |
The prefix used for generating the position code for the spare part, if the spare part is trackable. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to mark the spare part for viewing position details.
To proceed, carry out the following
Select the “View Spare Part Position Details” link at the bottom of the page to view the position details for the spare part selected in the multiline.
