Viewing claim reference details

Select the “Other Ref. Details” tab in the "View Claim Details" page.
The system displays the following details in the multiline.

Reference Document Type |
The type of the reference document. |
|
Document ID |
The code identifying the reference document. |
|
File Name |
The name of the file that contains the reference document details. |
|
Remarks |
Any additional remarks pertaining to the reference document. |
Click the hyperlinked file name to view the object attachment details.
To proceed:
Select the “Claim Details” tab to view the claim details.
Select the “Correspondence Details” tab to view the supplier correspondence details.
