Basics of using a typical web page

Using Online Help

In this page, you can view the visit packages that are in progress or pending execution to the work center. You can select the work center for which the allocated visit package details must be retrieved. The system displays the visit package number associated to the work center, revision number, description, aircraft registration number planned start date and end date for the visit package, estimated man hours and the task count to be performed for the visit package.

The “View Work Center Load Information” page appears.

The system displays the following field:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

Work Center #

Use the drop-down list box to select the work center. The system displays the visit packages that are associated to the work center selected here. The system leaves the field blank by default.

The system displays the following field on clicking the “Get Details” pushbutton:

Work Center Description

The description of the work center.

Zoom facility available.

The system displays the following in the “Work Load Information” multiline:

Work Center #

The work center in which the visit package must be performed.

Visit Package #

The number identifying the visit package associated to the work center.

Revision #

The revision number of the visit package.

Title

The textual description of the visit package.

Aircraft Reg #

The aircraft registration number for which the visit package is applicable.

Planned Start Date

The date on which the visit package execution must start.

Planned End Date

The date by which the visit package execution must be completed.

Est. Man Hrs.

The total man-hours estimated for “skill” type resources to complete the visit package.

Task Count

The total number of tasks to be performed in the work center.
