The system displays the following field:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following in the “Visit Package Details” group box:

Visit Package #

The visit package number for which the material requirements must be viewed.

Revision #

The latest revision number of the visit package. The system leaves the field blank if the revision number does not exist for the visit package.

Aircraft Reg #

The aircraft registration number for which the visit package is applicable.

Aircraft Model #

The aircraft model to which the aircraft belongs.

Primary Work Center #

The work center to which a visit package is allotted. This work center indicates the place for maintenance execution.

Primary Work Center Desc

The textual description of the work center.

Zoom facility available.

The system displays the following in the “Part Details” multiline:

Part #

The part required for executing the visit package.

Part Type

The type of the part as defined in the “Part Administration” business component.

UOM

The unit of measurement for the part.

Substitute Part #

The alternate part that is to be used, if the part specified in the “Part #” field is not available.

Substitute Type

The substitute type for the part, which could be “Not Allowed”, “NHA” or “Specific Alternates”.

Stock Status

The stock status of the part.

Required Quantity

The quantity of the part required for executing the visit package.

Need Frequency

The frequency of requirement of the part.

Earliest Reqd Date

The earliest date on which the part is required.

Part Description

The description of the part.

Warehouse #

The number identifying the warehouse from where the part is requested.

Viewing material requirement for visit package – An overview

You can view the details of the parts required for executing the visit package, in this page. The system displays the basic visit package details such as the visit package number, revision number, aircraft for which the visit package is applicable, aircraft model, work center and its description. Details of the parts such as the part number, its type, unit of measurement, quantity required, earliest required date, its description and the warehouse from which the part is requested are displayed in the multiline
