Selecting visit package for viewing

Select the “View Visit Package” link under the “Visit Package” business component.

The “Select Visit Package” page appears.

The system displays the following field:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

Enter the following in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for a visit package. Data entry in the following fields is optional:

Visit Package #	The number identifying the visit package (Alphanumeric, 18). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system lists all the visit package numbers that are similar to the values entered here.
Status	Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the visit package to be retrieved, which could be “Fresh”, “Confirmed”, “Partly Released”, “Released”, “Closed” or “Cancelled”. The system lists the visit packages that are of the status specified here. Leave this field blank if you wish to retrieve the visit package details irrespective of the status. The system leaves the field blank by default.
Aircraft Reg #	The aircraft registration number for which the visit package is applicable (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system lists all the visit packages that are created for the aircraft whose registration numbers are similar to the number entered here.
User Status	Use the drop-down list box to select the user-defined status of the visit package. The system lists the visit packages that are of the user status specified here. Leave this field blank if you wish to retrieve the visit package number irrespective of their user-defined status. The system leaves the field blank by default.
Primary Work Center #	Use the drop-down list box to select the primary work center of the visit package. The system lists all the work centers to which the login user has access. Leave this field blank, if you wish to retrieve details of the visit packages irrespective of their primary work center. The system leaves the field blank by default.
Grounding Date: From	The starting date in the range of dates, for which the aircraft is grounded for the visit package execution must be retrieved (Date Format). The date entered here must be earlier than the date entered in the “To Date” field.
Grounding Date: To	The ending date in the range of dates, for which the aircraft is grounded for the visit package execution must be retrieved (Date Format). The system retrieves the visit package which has the grounding date on or before the date specified here.
Visit Type	Use the drop-down list box to indicate the type of the visit package to be retrieved, which could be “Planned” or “Unplanned”. The system retrieves all those visit packages that are of the type specified here. Leave this field blank if you wish to retrieve details of visit package irrespective of their type. The system leaves the field blank by default.
Visit Category	Use the drop-down list box to specify the category of the visit package to be retrieved. The system retrieves all those visit packages that are in the category specified here. Leave this field blank if you wish to retrieve details of visit package irrespective of their category. The system leaves the field blank by default.
Customer #	The number identifying the customer, who owns the aircraft (Alphanumeric, 18). You can enter the customer number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the visit packages whose description with the customer number as entered here.
Customer Name	The name of the customer owning the aircraft (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the customer name in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the visit packages whose description with the customer name as entered here.

Note: The "Customer #" and "Customer Name" fields are applicable only when the aircraft is not self-owned and the customer details are recorded in the system.

Click the “Search” pushbutton to display the search result.

The system displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline based on the filter criteria specified:

Visit Package #	The number identifying the visit package for which the details are to be viewed.
Revision #	The revision number of the visit package.
Title	The description of the visit package.
Aircraft Reg #	The aircraft registration number for which the visit package is applicable.
Primary Work Center #	The primary work center of the visit package.
Work Center Description	The description of the primary work center of the visit package.
Visit Type	The type of the visit package, which could be “Planned” or “Unplanned”.
Visit Category	The category to which the visit package belongs.
Grounding Date	The date on which the aircraft is grounded for the execution of maintenance activities.
Planned Start Date	The date on which the visit package execution is planned to be started.
Planned End Date	The date on which the visit package execution has to be completed.
Status	The status of the visit package which could be “Fresh”, “Confirmed”, “Partly Released”, “Released” or “Closed”.
User Status	The user-defined status assigned o the visit package.
Customer #	The number identifying the customer, who owns the aircraft.
Customer Name	The name of the customer owning the aircraft.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to mark the visit package for viewing its details.

Select the “View Visit Package” link at the bottom of the page to view the visit package details.
Select the “Review Visit Package Execution” link at the bottom of the page to view the execution details of the visit package.

Selecting visit package for viewing – An overview

In this page you can select the visit package for viewing its details. You can search for a visit package based on the visit package number, status, aircraft registration number, user status, grounding date, its type or category. Based on the search criteria entered, the visit package details are retrieved by the system. The visit package number, revision number, description, aircraft for which the visit package is applicable, its type, category, grounding date, planned start and end date of the visit package, status and user-defined status assigned to the visit package are displayed in the multiline.
