Viewing access panel task for task in a visit package

In this page you can view the access panel requirement for the task included in the visit package. The system displays the access panel number, its description, open access panel task and close access panel task associated to the access panel is displayed in the multiline.

Select the “View Access Panel Task” link at the bottom of the “View Visit Package” page.

The “View Access Panel Task” page appears.

The system displays the following in the “Visit Package Details” group box:

Visit Package #

The visit package number for which the access panels details must be viewed.

Revision #

The latest revision number of the visit package. The system leaves the field blank if the revision number does not exist for the visit package.

Title

The textual description of the visit package.

Zoom facility available.

Enter the following field:

Task #

Use the drop-down list box to select the task for which the access panel details must be retrieved. The system lists all the tasks and their sequence number that are included in the visit package

Select the “Get Details” pushbutton to retrieve the relationship details for the primary task.

The system fills in the following fields on clicking the “Get Details” pushbutton:

Task Description

The description of the task.

Zoom facility available.

The system displays the following in the “Access Panel Details” multiline:

Access Panel #	The access panels that have to be opened or closed, while executing the task.
Access Panel Description	The description of the access panel task.
Open Access Panel Task #	The open access panel task number associated to the access panel.
Close Access Panel Task #	The close access panel task number associated to the access panel.
