Using Online Help

In this page, you can modify the advanced search criteria. You can carry out the search based on the ATA chapter, zone, component family, component ID, engineering order, fleet campaign directive, task group or plan item group. The system updates the advanced search criteria details and stores the name of the currently logged in user and the current server date.

The “Edit Advanced Search Options” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Adv. Search ID

The advanced search ID for which the details are to be modified.

ATA #

The number identifying the ATA chapter (Alphanumeric, 16). The system retrieves the work units that are associated to the ATA chapter entered here.

Zone #

The number identifying the zone (Alphanumeric, 15). The system retrieves the work units that are associated to the zone entered here.

Component Family #

The number identifying the component family (Alphanumeric, 25).

Component #

The number identifying the component (Alphanumeric, 90). The system displays all the work units that are associated to the component specified here.

EO #

The number identifying the engineering order (EO) (Alphanumeric, 18). The system retrieves all the work units that are associated to the EO specified here.

FCD #

The number identifying the fleet campaign directive (FCD) (Alphanumeric, 18). The system retrieves all the work units that are associated to the FCD specified here.

Task Group

Use the drop-down to select the task group. The system retrieves all the work units that are grouped under the task group specified here. Leave this field blank if you wish to retrieve the work units irrespective of the task group.

Plan Item Group

Use the drop-down to select the plan item group. The system retrieves all the work units that are grouped under the plan item group specified here. Leave this field blank if you wish to retrieve the work units irrespective of the plan item group.

Customer #

The number identifying the customer, who owns the aircraft (Alphanumeric, 18). You can enter the customer number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the visit packages created for the customer number entered here.

Customer Name

The name of the customer owning the aircraft (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the customer name in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the visit packages created for the customer name entered here.

Note: The “Customer #” and “Customer Name” fields are applicable only when the aircraft is not self-owned and the customer details are recorded in the system.

Note: Ensure that at least one field is entered among the search criteria fields in the “Advanced Search Criteria” group box.
