Select the “Update Consolidated Resource Requirements” link at the bottom of the “Plan Visit Package” page.

The “Update Consolidated Resource Requirements” page appears.

The system displays the following field:

Date & Time Format

The format in which the date and time fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date and time format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following in the “Visit Package Details” group box:

Visit Package #	The visit package for which the consolidated resource requirement must be viewed.
Revision #	The latest revision number of the visit package. The system leaves the field blank if the visit package has not been revised.
Title	The description of the visit package. Zoom facility available.
Total Resource Cost	The total estimated cost for the resource of type “Skill” required in the visit package.

Enter the following in the “Display Filter” group box to search for the resource. Data entry in these fields are optional:

Resource #	The number identifying the resource for which the details are to be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 40).
Resource Type	Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the resource for which the details are to be added or modified. The options available are “Skills”, “Tools”, “Equipment“ and “Others”. The system retrieves all the resources of this type defined for the visit package.
Work Center #	Use the drop-down list box to select the work center to retrieve the resource requirement for the work center. The system retrieves all the work units that are associated to the work center selected here. Leave this field blank to retrieve all the work units irrespective of the work center.

Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the resources defined for the visit package.

The system displays the following fields in the “Resource Details” multiline:

Work Center #	The work center where the resource is required.
Resource #	The resource required for executing the work units allotted to the work center.
Est Nos	The total number of resources required for completing the work units allotted to the work center.
Time Unit	The unit of measurement for the resource time, which could be “Minutes”, “Hours” or “Days”.
Est. Time	The number of hours, minutes or days for which the resource is required to complete the work unit.
Available Qty	The number of resources available in the work center.
Earliest Reqd. Date	The earliest date on which the resource is required.
Resource Type	The type of the resource.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to mark the resource for which the details are to be modified.

Viewing consolidated resource requirement for visit package – An overview

In this page, you can view the consolidated resources required for executing the visit package. You can carry out the search based on the resource number, resource type and work center. Based on the filter criteria entered, the system displays resources that are required for the visit package. The details such as the work center where the resource is required, resource number, number of resources and estimated duration and earliest date on which the resource is required, are displayed.

You can also modify the resource details for the individual work units, in the “Edit Resource Requirements” page.
