Creating visit package quick codes

In this page, you can define the quick codes for visit package.

Select the “Create Quick Codes” link under the “Visit Package” business component.

The “ Create Quick Codes” page appears.

The system displays the following field:

Quick Code Type

The quick code type for which quick codes must be defined. The system displays “Task Group”, “Visit Group” and “User Status”, and sets the field to “Task Group” by default.

Enter the following fields in the “Quick Code Details” multiline:

Quick Code	A unique identifier for the quick code (Alphanumeric, 25). Mandatory. This can be a combination of characters and digits. Ensure that the quick code is unique for the quick code type.
Description	The textual description for the quick code (Alphanumeric, 25). Mandatory.

Note: Ensure that atleast one quick code is entered in the multiline.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline, to mark the quick code for deletion.
Click the Delete icon in the tool bar above the multiline, to delete the quick codes selected in the multiline.
Click the “Create Quick Codes” pushbutton, to create the quick codes.

Note: The system creates quick codes, sets the status of the created quick codes as “Active” and the current server date as the quick code creation date.
