The system updates the details and calculates the Deferred Till Date.
For Time-Based schedules:
Deferred Till Date = Date of Deferment Request + Deferred By (Days)
For Usage-Based schedules:
Deferred Till Date = Date of Deferment Request + (value as on Deferment Request Date+ Deferred Value/Utilization Factor per day)
The system retrieves the Utilization factor from the associated Master parameter. The parameter value is based on the Time Display Format selected against the parameter in the “Aircraft” business component. For example, if 1.90 is entered and the “Time Display Format” is selected as “HHMM”, then the system automatically converts the value to 2.50 and stores in the database, but displays the value as 2.30.
Note: The system will not display an error message, if the entered value is not in compliance with the Time Display Format.
The system displays the following field in the “Deferral Value – Time Based” group box:
Deferred Till Date |
The date till which the work unit is deferred. The system displays the earliest date of the time-based or usage-based schedule. |
