Search Filter - Maintenance Item

From the Maintenance Item drop-down list box, select:

• Scheduled Items and specify task #, to retrieve the task scheduled in the period between the “From/To Date” dates for one or more aircraft. For details on all the forecasted tasks that are planned / scheduled in the period between the “From/To Date” dates, do not specify any task #. Use that this option to retrieve tasks regardless of the program item type.

• Block Items and specify task #, to retrieve all those forecasted tasks with the Program Item Type as “Block” and their base tasks, which are planned/scheduled in the period between the “From/To Date” dates. For details on all the forecasted block tasks and their base tasks planned/scheduled in the period between the “From/To Date” dates, do not specify any task #. Use this option to retrieve Block tasks and their base tasks.

• Non-Block Items, and specify task #, to retrieve the forecasted task with the Program Item Type as “Non-Block” that is planned/scheduled in the period between the “From/To Date” dates. For details on all the non-block tasks planned/scheduled in the period between the “From/To Date” dates, do not specify any task #. Use this option to retrieve tasks that do not have child/related tasks.

• Component Removal and specify task #, to retrieve all those tasks with the Job Type as “Component Removal” that are planned / scheduled in the period between the “From/To Date” dates. For details on all component removal tasks planned/scheduled in the period between the “From/To Date” dates, do not specify any task #.

• Discrepancies and specify discrepancy #, to retrieve all those discrepancies in "Pending” or “Deferred" status scheduled in the period between the “From/To Date” dates. For details on all "Pending” and "Deferred" discrepancies scheduled in the period between “From/To Date” dates, do not specify any discrepancy.

• Eng. Docs. and specify task #, to retrieve all those tasks with an engineering document reference that planned/scheduled in the period between the “From/To Date” dates. For details on all tasks with eng. Doc reference planned/scheduled in the period between the “From/To Date” dates, do not specify any task #.

• Planning Dropouts and specify task #, to retrieve all those base tasks of the task that are not allocated to an execution document  though its “Block” task is allocated to an execution document. The task you specify must be a Block task planned/scheduled in the period between the “From/To Date” dates. For details on all those base tasks that are not allocated to execution documents for the period between the “From/To Date” dates, do not specify any task #.

• Exe. Dropouts and specify task #, to retrieve all those base tasks of the task that are pending for execution. The task you specify must be a Block task planned/ scheduled for execution in the period between the “From/To Date” dates. For details on those base tasks that are pending for the period between the “From/To Date” dates, do not specify any task #.

• Short term Esc. and specify task #, to retrieve details of the task for which the short term escalation request exists. The task you specify must be planned / scheduled in the period between the “From/To Date” dates. For details on all those tasks with short term escalation reference that are planned/scheduled in the period between the “From/To Date” dates, do not specify any task #.
