In this page, you can view the work unit details. You can view the reference details, scheduled details and parameter details for the selected work unit.

The “View Work Unit Details” page appears.

The system displays the following fields in the “Work Unit Details” group box:

Aircraft Reg #

The aircraft selected in the “Aircraft Selection”

Aircraft Model #

The model to which the aircraft belongs

Work Unit #

The work units selected for which the details are displayed.

Displays “Multiple”, if the maintenance report for the selected work unit is associated with multiple work units.

Work Unit Type

The type of the work unit, which could be “Task”, “Standard Procedure” or “Work Package”

Work Unit Description

The textual description of the work unit.

The system displays the following fields in the “Work Unit References” group box:

Maintenance Program #

The number identifying the maintenance program with which the work unit is associated

Revision #

The revision number of the maintenance program

Cycle #

The occurrence of the maintenance event in the maintenance program

Sch #

The schedule ID assigned to the work package

Work Package #

The work package number associated with the maintenance program

Source

The source from which the work unit has been forecasted or raised.  The system displays any one of the following:

  • Aircraft Maintenance Program – if the work unit is from the forecast of an aircraft maintenance program

  • Component Maintenance Program – if the work unit is from the forecast of a component maintenance program

  • Direct EO – if the work unit has been raised from an engineering order.

  • Direct FCD – if the work unit has been raised from a fleet campaign directive.

  •  A/C Maintenance Program – As Required – if the work unit has been raised from aircraft maintenance program but for which no schedules has been defined.

  • Deferred Work Unit – if the work unit has been raised from deferred work unit list and is lying with the planner.

Reference Document Type

The type of the reference document of the work unit, such as EO, FCD or Maint. Report.

Reference Document #

The number identifying the reference document.

Forecast #

The forecast number based on which the work unit is forecasted.

The system displays "Un-forecasted" for the un-forecasted work units.

Forecasted At

The organizational unit at which the work unit was forecasted.

The system displays the following fields in the “Work Unit Dates” group box:

Earliest Compliance  Date

The date / time before which the work unit should not be executed

Latest Compliance Date

The date / time beyond which the work unit should not be postponed

Schedule Date

The date / time at which the work unit is to be executed.

The system displays the “Threshold Date” as retrieved from the “Discrepancy Processing” business component, if the selected work unit is associated with a maintenance report.

Alert Date

The date / time at which the alert message is raised for the execution of the work unit

Rem Days

The number of days remaining before execution of the work unit.

Note: If the work unit is a deferred work unit, the system retrieves the deferment date details in the above fields.

The system displays the following fields in the “Work Unit – Parameter Details” multiline:

Parameter

The parameter, such as flight hours and engine hours, based on which the work unit is deferred

UOM

The unit of measurement of the parameter value

Earliest Schedule Value

The minimum value of the parameter, which calls for the initiation of the maintenance action

Scheduled Value

The value of the parameter, reaching which the maintenance action is scheduled to be done

Latest Schedule Value

The maximum value of the parameter, which calls for the initiation of the maintenance action

Alert Value

The value of the parameter on which the alert message is raised for the execution of the work unit

Rem. Value

The remaining value of the parameter before the maintenance activity is over due.

Parameter Description

The textual description of the parameter

Top
