Viewing workload information of an execution center
This page enables you to view the workload information of an execution center. Tell me more
Select the “View Execution Center Load” link in the previous page.
The “Execution Center Work Load Information” page appears.
The system displays the following field:
Date Format |
The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default. |
Enter the following field in the “Execution Org. Unit Details” group box:
Execution Unit |
Use the drop-down list box to select the execution unit for which you need to retrieve the workload information. The system retrieves the workload information of all the work centers associated with the execution unit specified here. Leave this field blank to retrieve the workload information of all the work centers, irrespective of the execution unit. |
Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to get information on the work load of the execution unit.
The system displays the following fields in the “Work Load Information” multiline:
Note: The system retrieves only those visit packages that are in any status other than “Closed” and “Cancelled”.

The number that identifies the visit package |
Status |
The status of the visit package |
Aircraft Reg# |
The unique number identifying the aircraft |
Primary Work Center# |
The unique number identifying the primary work center |
Visit Category |
The category to which the visit package belongs |
Planned Start Date |
The planned start date of the visit package. |
Actual Start Date |
The actual start date of the visit package. |
Planned End Date |
The planned end date of the visit package. |
Projected End Date |
The planned end date of the visit package. |
Post Exe. Time |
The time required after the execution of the visit package, before starting the execution of the next visit package. The system considers the maximum time required for a work unit in the visit package to calculate the “Post Exe Time”. |
Time Unit |
The unit of measurement for the time , which could be “minutes”, “hours” or “days”. |
Est. Man Hours |
The estimated man-hours to complete the visit package. It is the sum of the estimated man-hours of all the work units in the visit package. |
Task Count |
The number of work units in the visit package. |
Viewing workload information of an execution center – An overview
This page enables you to view the workload information of an execution center. You can select the execution center for which you need to view the workload pattern. The system displays the workload pattern of all the work centers for the specified execution unit. The visit planner analyzes the workload of an execution center before allocating visit packages to it.
