This page allows you to view the details of the discrepancy or maintenance report recorded for the component, associated with the component work order.

The “Review Discrepancy / Maintenance Report” page appears.

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default

The system displays the following details in the “CWO Details” group box:

Comp. Work Order #

The component work order for which the discrepancy or maintenance report are displayed.

Work Center #

The work center associated with the component work order for which the discrepancy or maintenance report details are displayed.

CWO Status

The status of the component work order, which could be “Scheduled”, “In-Progress” or “Completed”.

CWO Description

The textual description of the component work order.

Zoom facility available.

Component #

The component for which the work order is created.

The system displays the following details in the “Discrepancy / MR Details” group box:

Document #

The number identifying the discrepancy or the maintenance report associated with the component work order.

Document Type

The type of the document, which could be discrepancy or maintenance report.

Description

The textual description of the discrepancy or maintenance report.

ATA #

The ATA chapter associated to the discrepancy or maintenance report.

Discrepancy Type

The type of the discrepancy associated with the component work order, such MIREP or Non-Routine.

Record Status

The status of the discrepancy or the maintenance report, which could be “Fresh”, “Under Resolution” or Pending”.

Processing Status

The processing status of the discrepancy or the maintenance report, which could be “Under Analysis”, “Analyzed” or “None”.

Tracking Status

The tracking status of the discrepancy or maintenance report.

Remedial Action

The corrective action to be taken for the rectification of the discrepancy in the component.

Time Unit

The time unit of rectification of the discrepancy or maintenance report which could be “Hours”, “Days” and “Weeks”.

Actual Duration

The actual time taken for rectification of the discrepancy or maintenance report.

Transfer To: Part #

The part number to which the discrepancy or maintenance report can be transferred.

Transfer To: Serial #

The serial number of the part to which the discrepancy or maintenance report can be transferred.

Transfer To: Component #

The component number to which the discrepancy or maintenance report can be transferred.

Remarks

Any additional information pertaining to the discrepancy or maintenance report.

Reported By

The code identifying the employee who reported the discrepancy or maintenance report.

Rectified By

The code identifying the employee who rectified the discrepancy or maintenance report.
