Viewing updation of component condition

This page allows you to view details of associated components for a specified component work order. The system displays details such as the component number, component condition, maintenance type and job completion status.

Select the “View Component Condition updation” link in the “View CWO Execution Information” page.

The “View Component Condition Updation” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Date & Time Format

The format in which the date and time fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date and time format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default.

The system displays the following in the “CWO Details” group box:

Component Work Order #	The component work order selected in the “Select Component Work Order” page.
CWO Description	The textual description of the component work order. Zoom facility available.
Part #	The part number of the component on which the component work order has been generated.
Part Description	The textual description of the part number. Zoom facility available.
Serial #	The serial number of the component on which the component work order has been generated.
Component #	The number that identifies the component on which the component work order has been generated.
CWO Status	The status of the component work order, which could be “Scheduled”, “Inprogress”, “Completed”, "Pre-closed" or "Closed".
Component Condition	The condition of the component, which can be “Overhauled”, “Serviceable" or “Unserviceable”

The system displays the following in the “Associated Components” multiline:

Component #	The number that identifies the component that has been associated to the component work order.
Part #	The part number of the associated component.
Part Serial #	The serial number of the associated component.
Component Condition	The condition of the associated component. Zoom facility available.
Updated Condition	The updated condition of the associated component.
Maintenance Type	The type of maintenance work that has been carried out on the associated component.
Job Completion Status	The job completion status of the associated component, which can be “Not completed” or “Completed”.
Remarks	Remarks, if any, regarding the associated component.
Part Description	The textual description of the part number.
Last Modified By	The name of the login user who has last modified the details.
Last Modified Date	The date on which the details were last modified.

The system displays the following in the "Additional Details" group box:

Comments

Any additional comments specified for the associated components.
