Viewing inter-shop service details
Select the "View Shop Order Details" link under the “Component Work Reporting” business component.
The "View Inter-Shop Service Details" page appears.
The system displays the following details in the “Source Details” group box:
Source Document Type |
The type of the source document that could be “component Work Order”, “Work Scope”, “Visit Package” or “Hangar Work Order”. |
Source Document # |
The number identifying the source document. |
Parent Object Type |
The type of the parent object. |
Parent Object # |
The number identifying the parent object. |
Note: The system updates the “Parent Obect #” and “Parent Object Type” fields with the “Parent #” and “Parent Type” defined in the “Aircraft” business component, if the source document type is either “Work Scope” or “Component Work Order” and if the job type is “Component”.
If the source document type is “Component Work Order” and the job type is other than “Component”, or if the source document type is either “Visit Package” or “Hangar Work Order”, then the system displays “Not Applicable” in the “Parent Object Type” and the “Parent Object #” fields.
The system displays the following:
Aircraft Reg # |
The registration number of the aircraft. |
Total Actual Cost |
The total cost for executing the work order. The system displays the sum of the actual costs reported against each work order that are in closed status. |
The system displays the following in the “Shop Order Details” multiline:
Work Order # |
The number identifying the work order. The work order document could be either “Component work Order” or “Repair Order”. |
Work Order Type |
The type of the work order. |
Part # |
The number identifying the part for which the work order is created. |
Serial # |
The serial number of the part for which the work order is created. |
Lot # |
The lot number to which the part belongs. |
Note: If the work order type is “Component Work order” and the job type is “Component”, or if the work order type is “Repair Order” and the shop job type is “Component”, then the system displays the part #/serial #/lot # of the component for which WO is created.
If the work order type is “Component Work Order” and the job type is other than “Component”, then the system displays the part #/serial #/lot # retrieved from the “Piece Part & Make Job information” group box or “Piece Part/Make Serial #/Lot # Details” multiline in “Create Component Work Order” activity of the “Component Work Order” business component.
If the work order type is “Repair Order” and shop job type is other than “component”, then the system displays the part #/serial #/lot # from the “Maint. Object Details” multiline of the “Repair Order” business component.
Maintenance Type |
The type of maintenance work performed on the component. |
Work Order Status |
The status of the work order. |
Work Center # |
The number identifying the work center. |
Note: The system displays the maintenance type, work order status and work center number as identified in the CWO, if the work order type is “Component Work Order”. If the work order type is “Repair Order” the system displays the maintenance type as “Overhaul”, “Repair”, “Inspection” or “Others” according to the hierarchy and displays the repair order status as the work order status.
Total Actual Cost |
The total actual cost reported against the work order. |
Sch. Start Date & Time |
The scheduled date and time for starting the execution of work order. The system displays the “Planned Start Date & Time” specified in the CWO, if the work order is of type “Component Work Order" and displays the “Specified Shipping Date” specified in the “Repair Order” business component if the work order type is “Repair Order”. |
Actual Start Date & Time |
The actual start date and time on which the execution of the work order is started. The system displays the actual date and time specified in the CWO, only if the work order is of type CWO in “In-progress” or “Closed” status. Else, the system leaves this field blank. |
Sch. End Date & Time |
The scheduled end date and time for executing the work order. The system displays the “Planned End Date & Time” specified in the CWO, if the work order is of type “Component Work Order”, and displays the sum of the “Sch. Start Date & Time” and the “Requested Repair Time” specified in the repair order if the work order type is “Repair Order”. The system leaves this field blank if there is no value specified in the “Requested Repair Time” field. |
Actual End Date & Time |
The actual end date and time on which the execution of the work order is completed. The system displays the actual end date and time specified in the CWO, only if the work order is of type CWO in “In-progress” or “Closed” status. Else, the system leaves this field blank. |
Time Unit |
The time unit for the time allotted for the task. |
Est. Elapsed Time |
The estimated elapsed time for component work order execution. The system displays the sum of estimated elapsed time for all the tasks in the CWO, if the work order type is CWO. The system displays the “Requested Repair Time” as the estimated elapsed time, if the work order is of type “Repair Order”. |
Est. Man Hrs. |
The total man-hours estimated for component work order execution. The system displays the sum of estimated man hours required for all the tasks in the CWO, if the work order type is CWO. The system displays blank if the work order is of type “Repair Order”. |
WO Priority |
The priority of the component work order or repair order. |
User Status |
The user-defined status for the component work order or repair order. |
Issue Doc. # |
The number identifying the issue document. The system displays the issue document number corresponding to the main core that is issue to the work order. |
Issue Doc. Type |
The type of the issue document that could be of type “Maintenance Issue”, “Maintenance Return”, “General Issue” or “General Return”. |
Return Doc. # |
The number identifying the return document. The system displays the return document number corresponding to the main core that is returned back to the warehouse. |
Return Doc. Type |
The type of the return document. |
Work Order Description |
The textual description of the work order. The system displays the description of either component work order or repair order based on the work order type. |
Part Description |
The textual description of the part. |
Work Center Description |
The textual description of the work center. |
