Modifying work delay codes information

This page allows you to modify the details of the selected work delay code. You can modify details, such as the status, delay description and delay category. The system updates the modified details of the work delay code and stores the current server date as the last modified date.

Select the “Edit Work Delay Code” link in the “Select Work Delay Code” page. Alternatively, select the hyperlinked work delay number in the multiline of the same page.

The “Edit Work Delay Code” page appears.

The system displays the following fields:

Date Format	The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.
The system displays the following fields in the "Work Delay Details" group box:
Work Delay #	The work delay code that you need to modify.

Enter the following:

Status	Use the drop-down list box to modify the status of the work delay code to either “Active” or “Inactive”. The system displays the status of the selected work delay code by default.
	Set the status as “Inactive” if you wish to disable the work delay code from future reference in other activities.
Delay Category	Use the drop-down list to modify the category of the work delay code. The system lists all the quick codes of type “Delay Category” and status “Active”. The system displays the category of the selected work delay code by default.
Delay Description	The textual description of the work delay code (Alphanumeric, 80). Mandatory. Zoom facility available.

Click the “Edit Work Delay” pushbutton to update the modified details.

The system displays the following in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created By	The name of the user who created the work delay code.
Created Date	The date on which the work delay code was created.
Last Modified By	The name of the user who last modified the work delay code.
Last Modified Date	The date on which the work delay code was last modified.

Note: The system updates the work delay code details and sets the “Last Modified Date” field to the current server date.
