The "Report Serial / Lot controlled B/F Part Info" page appears.

The system displays the following in the “CWO Details” group box:

Comp. Work Order #

The component work order selected in the previous page.

CWO Description

The textual description of the component.

Zoom facility available.

Component #

The number that identifies the component on which the CWO is generated.

Job Type

The type of maintenance job that has to be performed, which can be “Overhaul”, “Repair”, “Inspection” or “Others”.

Work Center #

The number that identifies the work center where the task is executed.

Line #

Use the drop-down list box to select the line number for which part details have to be updated. The system displays a list of line numbers recorded in the “Line #” field in the previous page. The system also retrieves those line numbers that are associated with part control type that are either serial number-controlled or lot number- controlled or serial & lot controlled.  By default, the system leaves this field blank.

The system displays the following:

Warehouse #

The number identifying the warehouse from where the part has been consumed.

Part #

The part number of the component on which the CWO is generated.

Part Description

The textual description of the part

Zoom  facility available.

Qty.

The quantity consumed of the part number, as specified for the task in the component work order.

Serial #

The serial number of the part for which consumption details have to be updated (Alphanumeric, 40).

Help facility available.

Lot #

The lot number of the part for which consumption details have to be updated (Alphanumeric, 18).

Note: The serial number and lot number must have already been defined in the “Stock Maintenance” business component, if the part selected for backflushing is serial number-controlled. If the part is both serial number-controlled and lot number- controlled, then the lot number can be repeated for the line item.

Qty.

The quantity of the serial number or lot number that is required (Decimal). The value entered should be positive .

Entry in this field is mandatory, if you have specified the serial number and lot number.

Note: The sum of values in the quantity field should be less than or equal to the value in the “Required Qty” field in the previous page. If the part type of the part number is “Kits” or “Component”, you cannot specify the quantity in fractions.

WH-Zone #

The number identifying the warehouse – -zone to which the component work order is associated (Alphanumeric, 10).

Bin #

The number identifying the bin to which the component work order is associated (Alphanumeric, 10).

Note: You cannot specify a value in the “WH-Zone #” and “Bin #” fields, if the warehouse in which the part number is mapped, is of type “Free Warehouse”.

The system displays the following:

Condition

The condition of the component, as updated in the component work order.

Expiry Date

The expiry date of the component.
