Viewing availability of employee for a CWO
This page allows you to view the availability details of an employee. Tell me more.
Select the “View Employee Availability” link at the bottom of the “View Employee Assignments” page.
The “View Employee Availability” page appears.
The system displays the following field:
Date Format |
The format in which the date field is displayed. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user id. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default. |
The system displays the following details in the “Employee Details” group box:
Employee # |
The employee for which the availability details are displayed. |
Employee Name |
The name of the employee. |
Enter the following fields:
From Date |
The date starting from which you wish to view the availability details for the employee (Date Format). |
To Date |
The date until which you wish to view the availability details for the employee (Date Format). |
Note: Ensure that the date entered in the “From Date" field is not later than the date entered in the “To Date” field.
Click the “Get Details” pushbutton.
The system retrieves in the multiline, the dates and the total assigned hours for the employee for each day along with the productivity factor and loading percentage:
The system displays the following fields in the “Availability Details” multiline:
Date |
The date for which the employee availability details are displayed. |
Available Hours |
The number of hours for which the employee is available in a day. The system retrieves this value from the ‘Employee Calendar’ of “Employee Information” business component or ‘Time Unit Conversions’ of “Common Master” business component. The system displays the value “0” in this field, if the leave has been approved for the full available time for the employee. If the leave is approved for less than the employee available hours, then the system displays the difference between the total available hours and the leave approved hours in this field. |
Total Assigned Hours |
The total number of hours for which the employee is assigned to the various work centers, on the given date. This value is retrieved from the “Employee Information” business component based on the ‘Rota Schedule’, ‘Shift Type’ and ‘Attendance Type’. |
Productivity Factor |
The number that indicates the efficiency of the employee, as specified in the “Associate Work Center Attributes” activity of the “Work Center” business component. |
Employee Loading in % |
The percentage of utilisation of the employee on the given date. |
Viewing availability of employee for a CWO – An overview
This page allows you to view the availability details of the selected employee. The employee might have been assigned to more than one work center in a day. This page allows you to view the availability of employee on a given date taking all the work centers into consideration. You can specify the range of dates for which the cumulative assigned hours of the employee must be viewed. The details are viewed day wise along with the total available hours and productivity factor specified for the employee in “Work Center” business component. If the productivity factor is not already specified, the system displays 1.0. The employee loading in percentage is also displayed.
You can view the availability of employee on a given date taking all the work centers into consideration. You can specify the range of dates for which the cumulative assigned hours of the employee must be viewed.
Enter the range of dates for which you wish to view the employee availability in the “From Date” and “To Date” fields.
Click the “Get Details” pushbutton.
