Entering user defined details for CWO
Any user defined detail regarding the component work order can be entered in this page. You can also specify the user defined options that are already defined as quick codes in the “Create Quick Codes” activity. The remarks regarding the user defined detail can also be entered.
Select the “Edit User Defined Details” link at the bottom of the main page.
The “Edit User Defined Details” page appears.
The system displays the following fields in the “CWO User Defined Details” group box:
Comp. Work Order # |
The component work order for which you wish to enter the user defined details. |
Status |
The status of the component work order |
Enter the following fields:
CWO User Defined Detail 1 |
Any user defined detail regarding component work order (Alphanumeric, 25) |
CWO user defined option 1 |
Use the drop-down list box to select the user defined option. The system lists all the quick codes of type “CWO – Option 1” in the “Create Quick Codes” activity. |
CWO User Defined Detail 2 |
Any user defined detail regarding component work order (Alphanumeric, 25) |
CWO user defined option 2 |
Use the drop-down list box to select the user defined option. The system lists all the quick codes of type “CWO – Option 2” in the “Create Quick Codes” activity. |
