Entering additional notes for CWO

This page allows you to record any additional information or notes pertaining to the component work order or the tasks associated to the component work order. The CWO number, its description, part number to which the component belongs, the serial number of the component, the work center responsible for CWO execution and the work center description are displayed by the system. You can enter any detail relevant for the component work order in this page.

Select the “Edit Notes” link at the bottom of the main page.

The “Edit Notes” page appears.

The system displays the following details in the “CWO Details” group box:

Comp. Work Order #	The component work order for which you wish to enter additional notes.
CWO Description	The textual description of the component work order.
Part #	The part number to which the component belongs.
Serial #	The serial number of the component.

The system displays the following:

Work Center	The work center, which is responsible for the component work order execution.
Work Center Description	The textual description of the work center.

Enter the following field in the "Notes" group box:

Notes

Any additional information pertaining to the component work order (Alphanumeric, 2000).

Click the “Edit Notes” pushbutton to edit the notes.
