Viewing system reliability information for a ATA number
In this page, you can view the system reliability data for the ATA number of the selected fleet. Tell me more.
Select the “View System Reliability Information” link under the “Select Fleet #” page.
The “View System Reliability Information” page appears.
The system displays the following field:
Date Format |
The format in which the date and time fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date and time format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default. |
The system displays the following field in the “Calendar Details” group box:
Fleet # |
A unique number assigned to the fleet. |
Reliability Calendar # |
The number identifying the reliability calendar. |
Valid From Month – Year |
The year and month from which the reliability calendar begins. |
Valid To Month – Year |
The year and month in which the reliability calendar ends. |
Number of Periods |
The number of divisions, in terms of months, of the reliability calendar. |
Period Duration |
The duration of a period in months. |
Period Starts From |
The starting date from which the reliability calendar period begins. |
The system displays the following the in the “Reliability Value Summary” multiline.
ATA # |
A unique number identifying the ATA. |
Chapter Description |
The textual description of the ATA chapter. |
Defect Rate – Period A |
The defect rate for period A. |
Defect Rate – Period B |
The defect rate for period B. |
Defect Rate – Period C |
The defect rate for period C. |
Defect Rate – Period D |
The defect rate for period D. |
Reliability Alert Value |
The reliability alert value, which forms the basis for reference for comparing reliability values in terms of defect rate. |
Defect Rate is calculate as follows Defect Rate = Number of snags reported * 1000 / Flying Hours.
The system displays the following in the “Legends” group box:
Period A |
The period number of the reliability calendar displayed as Period A in the multiline. |
Period B |
The period number of the reliability calendar displayed as Period B in the multiline. |
Period C |
The period number of the reliability calendar displayed as Period C in the multiline. |
Period D |
The period number of the reliability calendar displayed as Period D in the multiline. |
Click the “Next Subperiods” pushbutton to retrieve the next set of subperiod values of the reliability calendar.
Click the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the ATA number for viewing the ATA reliability details.

Viewing system reliability information for a ATA number - An overview
In this page, you can view the system reliability data for the ATA number of the selected fleet. The system displays reliability calendar details such as the fleet number, reliability calendar code, the validity of the reliability period and the period duration. The ATA number, reliability alert value and the defect rate for the first four periods of the reliability calendar are displayed in the multiline.
