Select the “View Engine Oil Consumption” link under the “Component Reliability” business component.

The “Select Part #” page appears.

Date Format

The format in which the date and time fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date and time format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

Enter the following filter criteria in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for a part. Data entry in the following fields is optional:

Part #	The part for which the engine oil consumption details must be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 40). Ensure that the part has already been defined for the type ”Component” in the “Create Parts Main Information” activity of the “Part Administration” business component and is in the “Active” status.
Serial #	The number identifying the serial number of the part, (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the serial number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the serial numbers that are similar to the number entered here. Leave this field blank to retrieve all the component IDs, irrespective of the serial number.
Part Description	The textual description of the part (Alphanumeric, 150). Zoom facility available.
Component#	The number identifying the component for which the details are to be viewed. (Alphanumeric, 90). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system lists all the component numbers that are similar to the value entered here.
ATA #	The number identifying the ATA chapter to which the component belongs. (Alphanumeric, 16). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all parts belonging to the ATA chapter entered here.
Supplier Part #	The code identifying the supplier part number (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the code in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system displays all the parts that have supplier part numbers similar to the value entered here.
Supplier #	The number that identifies the supplier whose details you need to monitor (Alphanumeric, 45).

Click the “Search” pushbutton to display the search results.

The system fills in the following fields in the multiline, based on the filter criteria entered:

Part #	The number identifying the part.
Serial #	The serial number of the component.
Component #	The number identifying the component.
ATA #	The ATA chapter to which the part belongs.
Component Type	The type of the component.
Part Description	The textual description of the part.
Supplier Part #	The code identifying the supplier part number.
Supplier #	The number that identifies the supplier whose details you need to monitor.
Supplier Name	The name of the supplier.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the part for which the engine oil consumption details are to be viewed.

To proceed, carry out the following

Select the “View Yearly Oil Consumption Details” link at the bottom of the page to view the oil consumption details for a year for the selected part.

In this page, you can select the part number for viewing the engine oil consumption. You can carry out a search based on the part number, ATA number, serial number and the component details like the ID of the component. Based on the search, the system displays the part number, ATA number, and the type and number of the component, supplier part number, supplier name and code.
