Date Format |
The format in which the date and time fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date and time format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default. |

Fleet # |
A unique number assigned to the fleet. |

ATA # |
A unique code identifying the ATA. |

As On Date |
The starting date in the range of dates from which the initialization of the reliability alert values will be valid. |

Effective Till Date |
The ending date in the range of dates until which the initialization of the reliability alert values will be valid. |

Remarks |
Any other additional information. Zoom facility available. |

Confirmation Comments |
Any comments pertaining to the confirmation of the initialized alert value. Zoom facility available. |

A unique number identifying the part for which the initial alert value is to be entered. |

Part Description |
The textual description of the part. |

Initial Reliability Alert |
The initialization of the reliability alert values (for a system or component), which could be operator, provided in the case where a legacy system exists or OEM provided in the case of a new fleet for a reliability calendar. |

Status |
The status of the alert value, which could be either “Fresh” or “Confirmed”. |

Remarks |
Any comments pertaining to the part details. |
