This activity allows you to set default options for the various fields in the activities of the “Component Reliability”. Tell me more.

The “Set Options” page appears.

The system, displays the following field:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

 

Initialization of Monthly Alert Value for ATA #

Use the drop-down list box to specify whether the monthly initial alert value for ATA number can be set or not.

Initialization of Monthly Reliability Data for ATA #

Use the drop-down list box to specify whether the monthly reliability data for ATA number can be set or not.

Initialization of Monthly Alert Value for Part #

Use the drop-down list box to specify whether the monthly initial alert value for part number can be set or not.

Use the drop-down list box to specify the whether monthly reliability data for part number can be set or not.

Defect Rate Calculation for Flying Hours

The value for the flying hours which forms the basis for the calculation of defect rate. The value should be a positive integer.

The system assumes the value 100, if this field is left blank.

Maximum Number of Open Periods

The highest number of reliability period that can be left open for reliability processing. Mandatory.

 This value should be a positive integer.

For Fleet #

Use the drop-down list box to specify the fleet number. The system lists all the fleet numbers defined in the “Reliability Setup” business component.

Value for Service Level for Alert Value Calculation

The service level value which forms the basis for the calculation of the alert value. The value should be less than or equal to six. This factor is used to calculate standard deviation.

The system displays the following field in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Last Modified by

The name of the user who last modified the set options.

Last Modified Date

The date on which the set options were last modified.
