More information on processing of tasks added to the work scope /work order from pending tray/component maintenance program
Adds all tasks automatically defined in the component maintenance program to the work scope/work order. If the Prog Item type of a task is “Block”, the system also copies all the Base tasks defined under the Block task to the work scope/work order. However, the system ignores
Tasks with Prog Item Type as “Perpetual’, if already allocated to preceding CWOs in “Fresh", "Scheduled" or "In-progress" status.
Tasks that have a conflicting relationship with tasks already allocated to the work scope/work order.
Sets the following attributes for a task added to the work scope/ work order in the following way,
Default Execution Priority for the task as set in the component maintenance program.
Job Source of a related task to “Direct” in the work scope/work order, if the task is not available in the pending tray.
Maintenance Type of a related task to “Others”, if the task is not available in the component maintenance program
Schedule Date and Work Center of tasks in the work scope /work order as specified in the component maintenance program. However, if the Schedule Date and Work Center are not available for the tasks in the maintenance program, this information is obtained from the respective parent task
Updates the customer order with the details of any new/related/base/opportunity check tasks included in the work scope/work order, if component has a customer order reference. The Planning Status of such tasks is updated to “Planned” in the customer order.
Resets the status of a task found in the pending tray to “Allocated”, if the same task is directly added in to the work scope/work order.
Sets the Planning Status of tasks available in the pending tray to “Planned” and that of new/base/related/opportunity check tasks added in the work scope/work order not available in the pending tray to “Unplanned”.
Adds a task defined as Opportunity Checks for a task into the work scope/work order, if it has not been allocated to any preceding component work order. For such tasks, the system sets the Maintenance Type to “Others”, Expense Type to “Revenue”, Job Source to “Direct” and Execution Facility as "In-House".
