Viewing the work unit details

This page allows you to view the details of the work unit. This page provides the work unit references, work unit date details and parameter details of the work unit.

Select the "View Work Unit Details" link in the "View Work scope details" page.

The "View Work Unit Details" page appears.

The system displays the following in the “Work Unit References” group box.

Part #	The part number to which the component belongs.
Serial #	The serial number of the component for which the work scope is created.
Component #	The component for which the work scope is created.
CMP Status	The current status of the component maintenance program, which could be either “active” or “Inactive”.
CMP Revision #	The revision number of the component maintenance program.

The system displays the following in the “Work Unit Details” group box.

Work Unit #	The number identifying the work unit.
Work Unit Type	The type of the work unit, which could be "work package, stored procedure" and "Task".
Work Unit Description	The textual description of the work unit.
Maintenance Type	The type of maintenance to be carried out on the component.

The system displays the following in the “Work Unit Dates” group box:

Earliest Scheduled Date	The earliest date on which the maintenance work can be scheduled.
Latest Scheduled Date	The latest date on which the maintenance work can be scheduled.
Scheduled Date	The date on which the maintenance work is scheduled.
Alert Date	The date on which an alert is displayed for the maintenance activity on the planning object.

The system displays the following in the “Work Unit - Parameter Details” multiline:

Parameter	The earliest date on which the maintenance work can be scheduled.
UOM	The latest date on which the maintenance work can be scheduled.
Earliest Schedule Value	The minimum number of days required for the scheduled work to be started.
Schedule Value	The number of days remaining for the commencement of the scheduled maintenance work.
Latest Schedule Value	The maximum number of days required for the scheduled work to be started.
Alert Value	The number of days, before which an alert must be sent, to indicate that the work unit is still pending.
Parameter Description	The parameter description of the work scope.
