This page allows you to retrieve the details of a work scope created earlier. You can carry out a search using the work scope number, status of the work scope, part number, serial number and component number of the component on which the work scope is created. You can also search on the execution unit, primary work center, planner group, category to which the work scope and the priority assigned to the work scope.

Details such as work scope number, execution unit, status of the work scope, part number, serial number, priority, work scope category, primary work center number, component number, planner group details and the part description are displayed.

Work Scope #

The number identifying the work scope that you wish to retrieve (Alphanumeric, 18).

 

You can enter the work scope number in full, or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the work scope numbers that are similar to the number entered here.

Status

Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the work scope. The system lists the following options:

  • Fresh - Select this option to retrieve the details of a work scope in the "Fresh" status.

  • Released - Select this option to retrieve the details of a work scope in the "Released" status.

Part #

The part number for which the work scope is created (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the part number in full, or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the work scope numbers with the part number entered here.

Serial #

The serial number for which the work scope is created (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the serial number in full, or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the work scope numbers with the serial number entered here.

Component #

The component number for which the work scope is created (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the component number in full, or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the work scope numbers with the component number entered here.

Category

Use the drop-down list box to specify the user-defined category to which the work scope belongs. The system lists all the 'active' work scope categories created in the "Create Quick Codes" activity. The system retrieves all the work scope numbers of the category specified here.

Execution Unit

Use the drop-down list box to select the execution unit in which the work scope will be executed. The system lists all the organization units where the component maintenance planning can be done and the component work orders can be created. The system retrieves all the work scope numbers generated on the execution unit specified here.

Primary Work Center

The number identifying the primary work center responsible for work scope execution (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the primary work center number in full, or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the work scope numbers with the primary work center number entered here.

Planner Group

The number of the planner group that created the work scope (Alphanumeric, 25). You can enter the planner group number in full, or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the work scope numbers generated by the planner group specified here.

Priority

Use the drop-down list box to select the priority of the work scope to be retrieved. The system lists all the ‘active’ priority descriptions defined in the “Create Priority Numbers” activity of the “Common Master” business component. The system retrieves all the work scope numbers that are of the priority selected here.

Customer #

The code identifying the customer (Alphanumeric, 18). Enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the work scopes created that are similar to the number entered here.

Customer Name

The name of the customer (Alphanumeric, 40). Enter the name in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the work scopes created that are similar to the name entered here.

Work Scope #

The number identifying the work scope that is defined in the system.

Execution Unit

The execution unit in which the work scope will be executed.

Status

The status of the work scope, which could be "Fresh" or "Released".

Part #

The part number to which the component belongs.

Serial #

The serial number of the component for which the work scope is created.

Priority

The priority assigned to the work scope.

Work Scope Category

The category to which the work scope belongs.

Primary Work Center #

The number identifying primary work center in which the work scope will be executed.

Component #

The component for which the work scope is created.

Planner Group

The planner group to which the component is associated.

Part Description

The textual description of the part.

Customer #

The code identifying the customer.

Customer Name

The name of the customer.
