Viewing date-based schedule information for work package
Date-based schedules have their periodicity defined in terms of calendar days. The schedule for the next performance of the maintenance activity will be specified in terms of a calendar date. In this page you can view the date-based schedule details defined for the work package.
Select the “View Date Based Schedule” link at the bottom of the “View Work Package” page.
The “Date Based Schedule Information” page appears.
The system displays the following in the “Work Package Details” group box:
Work Package # |
The work package number for which the date-based schedule details are to be viewed. |
Work Package Description |
The textual description of the work package. |
Primary Work Center # |
The number identifying the work center where the work package has to be performed. |
Work Center Desc |
The textual description of the work center. |
The system displays the following in the “Date Based Schedule Details” multiline:
Schedule Type |
The date-based schedule type, which could be “Actual-Interval” or “Fixed-Date”. |
Time Unit |
The unit of measurement of time, which could be “Days”, “Weeks”, “Months” or “Years”. |
Threshold |
The maximum number of days, weeks, months or hours after which the work package has to be performed / for actual interval, the schedule becomes effective from this point. . |
Interval |
The interval after which the work package has to be repeated. |
Alert Value |
The value before an arising when an alert needs to be given on the impending work unit. |
Positive Tolerance |
The upper limit within which the work unit has to be performed. |
Negative Tolerance |
The lower limit within which the work unit has to be performed. |
Terminating Value (Days) |
The number of days after which the maintenance activity cannot be performed on the component. |
