This page allows you to view the precluded work units. You can specify the work unit for which you need to view the precluded work units. The system displays all the work units that are precluded to the selected work unit.

The “View Precluded Work units” page appears.

The system displays the following fields in the “Precluding Work Units” group box:

Part #

The number identifying the part for which the part program is defined.

Part Description

The textual description of the part.

Work Unit #

Use the drop-down list box to specify the superceding work unit number, in the part program. The system lists all the work unit numbers that are defined for the part program.

The system displays the following fields on clicking the “Get Details” pushbutton.

Work Unit Desc

The textual description of the superceding work unit.

Execution Facility

The execution facility where the work unit is performed, which could be “In-house” or “Out-sourced”.

Work Center #

The code identifying the work center in which the work unit is executed.

Maintenance Type

The maintenance type of the work unit.

On-Wing?

Indicates whether the work unit is on-wing or off-wing.

The system displays the details of the precluded work units in the “Precluded Work Unit Details” multiline:

Work Unit #

The number identifying the precluded work unit.

Work Unit Description

The textual description of the work unit

Work Unit Type

The type of the work unit, which could be “Task”, “Standard Procedure” or “Work Package”.

Work Center #

The work center in which the work unit is executed.

Maintenance Type

The maintenance type of the work unit.

On-Wing?

Indicates whether the work unit is on-wing or off-wing.

Execution Facility

The location where the work unit is executed, which could be “In-house” or “Out-sourced”.

Shelf Life Expiry

Indicates whether the maintenance requirement is for the shelf life expiry of the component.

Status

The status of the work unit, which could be “Active” or “Inactive”.
