This page allow you to view the details of parts required for executing the work unit in this page. The system displays the number, the type, the description, the unit of measurement and the required quantity of the part, warehouse to which the part must be issued and the cost of the part.

The “View Material Estimates” page appears.

The system displays the following fields in the “Component Details” group box:

Part #

The number identifying the part to which the component belongs.

Part Description

The textual description of part

Serial #

The serial number of the component.

Component #

The component maintenance program for which the spare part details must be viewed.

Maintenance Process

The maintenance process associated with the part, which could be “Hard-Time”, “On-Condition” or “Condition Monitoring”.

CMP Status

The status of the component maintenance program, which could be “Fresh” or “Authorized”.

Revision #

The revision number of the component maintenance program.

Work Unit #

Use the drop-down list box to select the work unit for which the part requirement must be viewed. The system lists all the work units that have been defined for the component maintenance program except those with Program Item Type: Perpetual and As Required; prefixes them with “TSK”, “SP” or “WP” based on the type of the work unit. Such units must also be in “Active” status to be displayed in the drop-down list.

The system displays the following when you click the “Get Details” pushbutton:

Work Unit Description

The textual description of the task, standard procedure or work package.

Maintenance Type

The type of the maintenance activity to be carried out.

Work Center #

The number identifying the work center where the work unit is performed.

Work Center Description

The textual description of the work center.

The system displays the following in the “Part Details” multiline:

Part #

The number identifying the part required for executing the work unit.

Part Type

The type of the part.

Part Description

The textual description of the part.

UOM

The unit of measurement of the part.

Reqd. Qty

The required quantity of the spare part to execute the work package.

Warehouse #

The number identifying the warehouse from where the part is required.

Part Cost

The cost of the part as defined in the “Part Administration” business component.
