This page allows you to select a component for which you wish to view the maintenance program. Tell me more.

The “Select Component #” page appears.

Component #

The component for which the maintenance program details are to be viewed (Alphanumeric, 90).

Part #

The part to which the component belongs (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the components belonging to this part.

Serial #

The serial number of the component (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the components whose serial numbers are similar to the number entered here.

Component #

The component for which the details are to be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 90). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system lists all the component numbers that are similar to the value entered here.

CMP Status

Use the drop-down list box to select the component program status, which could be “Authorized”, "Cancelled" or "Fresh". The system retrieves the components whose maintenance program is in the status selected here. The system leaves the field blank by default.

User Status

Use the drop-down list box to specify the user-defined status of the maintenance program. The system retrieves all the components whose maintenance program is in the user-defined status specified here. The system leaves the field blank by default.

Revision #

The revision number of the component maintenance program (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the component maintenance programs whose revision numbers are similar to the revision number specified here. Leave this field blank to retrieve all revisions of the component maintenance program.

ATA #

The ATA chapter to which the component belongs (Alphanumeric, 16). You can enter the ATA chapter number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the components whose ATA chapter numbers are similar to the number entered here.

Maintenance Process

Use the drop-down list box to select the maintenance process, which could be “Hard-Time”, “On-Condition” or “Condition Monitoring”. The system retrieves all the components associated with the parts of the maintenance process selected here. The system leaves the field blank by default.

Note: If the option setting “Planner Group Security” is set as “Required” in the Set Options activity, then the system retrieves only those parts associated to the Planner group to which the login user has been mapped.

The system displays the following in the “Component Details” multiline based on the filter criteria specified:

Component #

The component number retrieved by the system

Part #

The number identifying the part to which the component belongs

Serial #

The serial number of the component

CMP Status

The status of the component maintenance program, which could be “Authorized”, "Cancelled" or "Fresh".

Revision #

The revision number of the component maintenance program

Maintenance Process

The maintenance process associated with the part, which could be “Hard-Time”, “On-Condition” or “Condition Monitoring”.

Part Description

The textual description of the part.

User Status

The user-defined status assigned to the component maintenance program.

ATA #

The ATA chapter to which the component belongs.

Selecting component for viewing maintenance program information – An overview

View Component Maintenance Program - A summary of the activity

This page allows you to select a component for which you wish to view the maintenance program details. If you know the component number, you can directly enter it. Otherwise, you can carry out a search based on the part number, serial number, component number, user-defined status, revision number, ATA chapter and maintenance process.

The system displays the details of the selected component, such as its number, part and serial number of the component, component maintenance program status, revision number, maintenance process, part description, user-defined status and the ATA chapter to which the component belongs.
