Viewing the maintenance expenses summary for the component

This page allows you to view the summary of the maintenance expenses incurred on the component. Tell me more.

Select the “View Maintenance Expenses Summary” link in the “Select Component” page.

The “Maintenance Expenses Summary” page appears.

The system displays the following field:

Date Format

The format in which the date and time fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user id. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date and time format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default.

The system displays the following fields in the “Component Details” group box:

Component #	The component selected in the previous page.
Part #	The part number to which the component belongs.
Serial #	The serial number to which the component belongs.
Component Description	The textual description of the component. Zoom facility available.

Enter the following in the “Period Details” group box:

From Date

The starting date from which you need to view the maintenance expenses of the component (Date Format). Ensure this date is equal to or less than the “To Date”.

Note: Leave this field blank, to retrieve the maintenance expenses of the component till the “To Date”.

To Date

The ending date till which you need to view the maintenance expenses of the component (Date Format). Ensure this date is equal to or greater than the “To Date” and not greater than the current server date.

Note: Leave this field blank, to retrieve the maintenance expenses of the component from the “From Date” till the current server date.

Click the “Search” pushbutton, to retrieve the maintenance expense summary for the component, for the specified period.

The system displays the following details in the “Search Results” group box:

No Of Work Orders	The total number of component work orders generated for the component, during the specified period.
Resource Cost	The sum of the resource cost of all the component work orders.
Material Cost	The sum of the material cost of all the component work orders.
Misc. Cost	The sum of the miscellaneous cost of all the component work orders.
Total Cost	The sum of the total cost of all the component work orders.

To proceed, carry out the following

Select the “View CWO Cost Details” link, to view the cost details for each of the component work orders raised on the component.

In this page, you can view the summary of the maintenance expenses incurred on the component. You can view the total number of component work orders raised for the component. You can also view the sum of the resource cost, material cost, miscellaneous cost and total cost incurred on all the component work orders, for the component.
