Viewing component list for the Eng. Doc

This page allows you to view the details of the components that part of the engineering document and its revision number selected in the “Eng. Doc History” page. Tell me more.
Select the “View Components List ” link at the bottom of the “Eng. Doc History” page.
The “View Component List” page appears.

Date Format |
The format in which the date field is displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user id. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default. |
The system displays the following details in the “Eng. Doc Details” group box:

Eng. Doc # |
The engineering document for which the component list is displayed. |

Revision # |
The revision number of the engineering document. |

Subject |
The textual description of the engineering document. Zoom facility available. |
The system displays the following details in the “Component Details” multiline:

Component # |
The number that identifies the component, which is part of the selected Eng. Doc. |

Component Description |
The textual description of the component. |
|
Part # |
The part number of the component, which is part of the selected Eng. Doc. |
|
Serial # |
The serial number of the component, which is part of the selected Eng. Doc. |
Viewing component list for the Eng. Doc – An overview
This page allows you to view the details of the components that part of the engineering document and its revision number selected in the “Eng. Doc History” page. You can view Eng. Doc details, such as the engineering document number, revision number and the description of the engineering document. You can view component details such as the component number, description, part number and serial number of the component.
